Common questions

Before you reach out, a few things to know.

How far in advance should I book?

For corporate galas and large installations, 6–8 weeks is ideal. Smaller events generally require 2–4 weeks.

Yes, selectively. Travel fees apply outside our primary markets.

Do you provide a contract and itemized pricing?

Always. Every engagement includes a detailed proposal with scope, timeline and total investment.

Can you match our company’s brand colors?

Yes. We work from brand guidelines, Pantone references or hex codes to match your palette closely.

Is teardown included?

Yes. Strike and full venue cleanup are included in every engagement.

Do you partner with agencies?

Absolutely. We work as an installation partner for event producers, marketing firms and experiential agencies.
